ABOUT MARK

Mark also runs Jelly Capital, a private investment firm providing direct investments in real estate assets and operating companies at various stages of development. Mark is a serial entrepreneur and has founded, led and sold multiple companies including, Chirp Systems Inc., a venture-backed smart access control company that was acquired by RealPage, Inc. and NutshellMail Inc., a venture-backed social media marketing solution that was acquired by Constant Contact Inc. Mark began his career as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan in New York City.
Mark earned a master’s degree in management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Through his academic and professional journeys and due to his experience as a dissatisfied client of various investment advisors who lacked a clear investment philosophy, Mark decided to join Forum as both a client and advisor to work with individuals and families who deserve a client experience built around transparency, independence and alignment with the goals of the client.
