Allison Tronnes joined Forum Financial Management in 2001. She currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at the Lombard office. With more than 15 years in the financial services industry, she has also worked in client service, marketing, and advisor onboarding at Forum. As Chief Compliance Officer, Allison manages the firm’s compliance program, continually revising the policies and procedures in response to the changing needs of the firm, industry rules and governmental policies.

Allison earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Economics from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. She is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional®. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
